Tender mercies!

London 2.00 pm

And now the heart is light and breath easier....

The angioplasty procedure on dad's heart has been successfully carried out he's now been discharged from the hospital! I have flown back to London and all's well that ends well!

And it sure feels great to be back here; Thank god for tender mercies!

It is amazing how much progress has been made in treating heart disease. My father died early one Sunday morning in 1971 from a heart attack which would have been nothing to treat today. He was barely 43 years old, a baby. I had recently turned 18 and was a freshman in college many hours from my home. Going back that day was longest ride of my life.

I'm glad your dad is doing well. Appreciate the time you have with him.
