this looks like a house that isn't far from me and where i live. they have this majestical drive that leads grandly on up to the house. almost like something from 'the lion, the witch and the wardrobe'.

again you display and eye for both colour and detail. i don't know if you sat outside this place or if it only exists in your imaginative and creative head but whatever the truth is it is another fantastic painting.

I love the picture. I like the colours and the composition.

What is it painted (?) with? How big is it?
You should put it up for sale.

Very nice. I like the visual simplicity. Reminds me of this book by Stephen King called The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon. It's about this girl who gets lost in the woods.

This is defintely worthy to be complimented a hundred times. So repetition isnt risky. Great one, loved the colours and the work, this would make lovely cover for a book. Perhaps a dreamy children's book?
cheers

Roger-Thank you! I feel so honoured u think that way :)..ahh the painting has been 'painted' on the computer using the mouse as a paintbrush :)). I used the 'Paint'& 'Art rage' Programmes. I do paint 'real' paintings as well..but to be honest have no idea as to how to go about selling them..lol!

Lorena-absolutely :)

Brad-will keep it in mind :)

Wonderwall-I must surely read it then! :)

Uber-Good to see you again! Glad you liked it :)Thank you!

Anamika-Welcome aboard! Thank you for your kind words..I hope to see you often here :)

A reminder how beautiful life can be along the way if we take care and time to look - to notice and appreciate. That is great.

mmm, very "painterly" (in best sense) for a 'puter-painting; nice sense of color/form . . . thanks for showing this.

cheers, d.i.

Hi Girl!
(I think you're a woman by your picture?) I came in here to read your latest poem and to specifically see this artwork again. I just noticed your comment back to me. Your work is just as "enchanting!" We have different styles. You underestimate yourself. I can see this in a children's book. It's so appealing!

We, artists (and writers) must stick together for support. I love having my work up at the hospital but not one of those doctors, nurses, or staff members who raved about my work has bought anything. I feel awful because I wanted to raise money for the "ARTS IN HEALING PROGRAM" there. I priced my work so very low to appeal to buyers and I mean rock bottom. IT was like donating my work. The work will still be up there until the end of the month, but I'm heavy-hearted.

(I have already donated 4 paintings to them before this show.)

Anyway, you asked for advice for work from your attic. If you lived near me, I'd bring you to my art guild meetings. Feel free to email me and I will advise as best I can. I don't know if it will apply to your country, but I will gladly try to help! Take care :)

P.S. I moved my poetry blog to a new address:
Http://Silvermoon18.blogspot.com and it has a new name
"Irrepressible Secrets"
My art blog ("Good Vibrations" has stayed where it is.)

SilvermOON (poet name)
or GEL (Artist name)
