Sue-Awwwwww..*hugs* to ur daughter! Thank you my dear! Well, its not amazing really, anyone can do it, just a question of practise! It usually takes me anything from 15mins to an hour. This pic took me a bit longer, just under 2 hrs with a few breaks.

pincushion ~ love the blue glow haloing the bowl. and, of course, love the bitten apple...
but was she bitten because of irresistable desire or put back from some disappointment? leaves me curious... but the white glints of light make her feel like she was a delicious bite stolen when none was looking, put back because she was not supposed to be had...
